CVM is the internal email client developed for France Travail. I was involved throughout the entire design process — from UX research and workshops to information architecture, wireframes, and UI design. The goal was to design an intelligent email system capable of automatically categorizing incoming requests from job seekers using AI, and redirecting them to the appropriate advisor for faster and more efficient support.
